Friday was spent with half our our Front Door team on location all day for a photo shoot for an upcoming magazine feature and future advertisements for print and website- if you stopped by the store that day you may have noticed it was particularly bare as many of our beautiful furniture pieces and accessories from the showroom floor took a field trip with us that day. We thought it would be fun to let you all in on a little behind the scenes action from concept to creation as our talented design team worked diligently to pull together both Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer concepts featuring our one of a kind, blue animal print velvet sofa as the centerpiece for it all in just two weeks time! The Fall/Winter concept was centered around some gorgeous layers of plaids, velvets, crewel, jute, and embroidery while Spring/Summer featured embroidered silks, and highly saturated and patterned high end linen prints. We truly couldn’t have done it without all designer hands on deck, our fabulous host, our wonderful photographer, Whitney Gray, and all of our amazing vendors who participated and helped us (special shout out to our sales reps with Robert Allen, Beacon Hill, Schumacher, Duralee, Fringe Market, Charles Martel, Home Secrets…to name a few as well as our incredibe workroom for cranking out some gorrrrgeous custom pillows in no time flat!
