We love love LOVE what we do here at the store helping all kinds of people design all kinds of their dream rooms, however, once in a blue moon we get to work on a project that gets our heart rate up because, quite frankly, it is our dream room too. This soon-to-be dining room is a case in point example of the undeniable beauty that comes when a client with extraordinary good taste hands us the reins to do what we do best. This custom painted mural she had already picked out is headed up on her walls soon (we die a little each time we look at it too) and she needed some killer companions to finish out the look in terms of drapery, dining seat fabric, and rug. Enter Chinois Palais drapery panels in a beautiful grey and celadon color way, a scrumptious neutral patterned rug to offer some warmth and texture to ground all of the soft and wispy hand painted murals, and some animal print or textured celadon upholstery prints to finish out the job…..and swoon.
