This recent family room design is based off of some truly fantastic custom tile work for a fireplace surround (see top right of picture). With an adjoining room done in black, champagne, soft neutrals, ivory, and accents of a deep peacock blue the goal here is to create a look that feels seamless in the open concept vantage yet distinctive in its own design. Transitional with traditional roots and references, whimsical, relaxing, soothing, playful, this space needs to be a true retreat for each member of the family.
