It is no secret that aqua has been a favorite design hue in recent years with its perfect compliment to the grey/greige/layered linen/Restoration Hardware inspired neutral trend that was so heavily popularized and executed. We don’t think this color and all of its cousins are going anywhere anytime soon as they tend to play well with other colors and are versatile in multiple design schemes and aesthetics. Case in point, we saw quite a bit of it sprinkled around market from the palest of pale almost neutral shades to mint to celadon to seaglass, seaspray, seafoam…you name it! Some were more blue/grey based and some had a hefty helping of green undertone but all correlated from the same color family.
